Know in advance:
- The East Gate on Tower Wharf will be closed to pedestrians and vehicles from the 8th January – 28th February 2025. The entrance way will be inaccessible during this time. All visitors to the Tower of London will need to enter at the West Entrance, via Tower Hill
- Please arrive at your selected time slot. If you have purchased a general admission ticket, your ticket will be valid throughout the day during standard opening hours. Opening times vary, please check before you visit
- Concession tickets are for youth aged 16 to 17 years old, seniors of over 65 years, students with a valid ID, and visitors with reduced mobility
- This ticket is valid for the date selected, in the case of a timed ticket it is valid for the date and time selected
- Please note that there is limited wheelchair accessibility for the Yeoman Warder walking tour as there are 21 steps to navigate and cobbled, uneven walkways
- Tours may be adapted or cancelled in poor weather conditions or to accommodate large crowds
- Some parts of the Yeoman tour may be frightening for small children so parental discretion is advised
- Children aged four years old and under get free admission and do not require a ticket
- Children up to the age of 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult
