Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £15.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.. Adult pricing applies to all passengers.. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark. We will send a 2nd confirmation including meeting point and pickup time information 48 hours prior to your pickup date.. If passengers can not locate a driver, They must call or email us before leaving the pickup point. We will help you to locate your driver.. If passengers think , they may need longer time than pre-requested pickup time, They must contact us within 40 minutes from flight landing time so we can keep driver waiting. If we did not hear from passenger after 90 minutes from flight landed time, booking will be result in passenger no show non refundable cancellation.. If you required any information regards to your booking prior to 48 hours from pickup date,please email us.. Leaving your pickup point with another operator without contacting us 1st will result in non refundable cancellation.. If you have a health condition that you think the driver should be aware of, Please mention this during the booking process.
Meeting point at terminal 2 and 3 is in front of WHSmith shop within the arrivals hall, terminal 4 and 5 is in front of Costa cafe within the arrival hall.
