If passengers need more time to get through immigration checks, They must contact us within 40 minutes of joining the line in order of us to keep driver waiting.. Heathrow Airport meeting point : T2, T3 - In front of Whsmith shop, T4,T5 - In front of Costa cafe. Cruise Port meeting point : Out side the arrival hall at passenger drop off/pickup point.
