If you’ll be staying in a hotel, the driver will meet you at the hotel lobby (you will be provided with the driver's phone number to contact directly). If you're staying in self-catering accommodation (apartment etc.) your driver will text you or phone you when they arrive at the property’s address.
If you are arriving on a cruise ship at Greenock Ocean Terminal please make sure you allow an hour from the end of your tour to arrive back at your ship.
