The iconic Spinnaker Tower stands at a soaring 170 metres tall, offering awe-inspiring 23 mile views over Portsmouth, the Solent and beyond. Venture across the thrilling glass ‘Sky Walk’ 100m above sea level; discover stories from the view with informative touch screens and breathe in the view from the open air ‘Sky Garden’. Children (age 0-3) go free and do not require a ticket
Children (age 0-15) must be accompanied by an adult
If you book a student ticket, you must bring your student card with you. There are no age restrictions
The view deck at 100 metres and The Clouds at 105 metres can be accessed by the lift. The Sky Garden (the highest viewing deck) is only accessible by stairs
Due to fire and safety procedures, visitors with mobility impairments who can use the staircase with some assistance may be admitted to the Tower. In the unlikely event of the Tower being evacuated, visitors would have to descend using our emergency staircase of 560 stairs
In the event of high winds, you may feel the tower move slightly, but it is designed to do this
Please note that high-traffic areas are sanitized regularly, guides and staff have regular temperature checks, and are required to wash hands regularly. Hand sanitizer is available for everyone and social distancing will be enforced throughout the experience
