Dependant on live immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 60 minutes after landing. After meeting your driver you may have to wait a short while to depart. Meeting Points for Heathrow airport: Terminal 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith / Terminal 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee.
