Meet your guideby the Red Post Box on Broad Street for your 90-minute Oxford University College walking tour and learn about the colourful story of the oldest English-speaking university in the world.
After your walking tour, you will be directed to the starting point of your 30-minute punting tour. As you set off south from the boathouse you will be chauffeured gently past Oxford’s famous Botanic Gardens, Magdalen College School fields, Christ Church Meadows where Lewis Carroll was teaching students in the mid-19th century when he wrote the famous Alice Through the Looking Glass and Alice in Wonderland. Then past St Hilda’s College gardens and back to the Boathouse.
Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Specialized infant seats are available. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Not recommended for travelers who cannot complete a 90-minute walk
Meet at the red post box at 11-12 Broad street (very near the Oxford Campus Stores). Your guide will be wearing an item of royal blue clothing, a jacket, cap, beanie, or polo shirt.
