What To Expect

Immerse yourself in the story of the Manchester City Stadium and visit areas not usually available to the public.The tour will begin at the Entrance M, where you'll be greeted by a professional guide, who will take you on a 75-minute tour of the Etihad Stadium, providing you with insights and anecdotes. Your behind-the-scenes tour at the home of the Treble winners will include an exclusive look at the home team dressing room, where you'll be given the opportunity to take a selfie with your favourite player's shirt, and a walk down the tunnel to the sound of the crowd. After, you'll go pitch-side and sit in the manger's seat in the dugouts. You'll also be able to pose for a photo and field questions with a virtual Pep Guardiola in the press conference room.Last but not least, you'll receive an exclusive 10% discount at the City Store against full price purchases.

please avoid bringing any baggage. All baggage will be searched before gaining entry to the stadium and, on a matchday, only bags no bigger than A5 will be allowed into it

Know in advance:

children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult
students are required to show a valid ID card
the Etihad Stadium is a completely accessible venue, with lifts between all floors, toilets, and a parking available
this guided tour is led in English, however there are handheld multimedia guides with the tour translated into multiple languages: French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Spanish, Korean, Arabic, and Portuguese
as the Etihad Stadium is a working stadium, it isn't possible to guarantee what you'll see on any given day. Tour routes may have to be changed at short notice. Speaking of which, please note that, if you book a tour that falls on the day of a home Manchester City fixture or from 1pm the day before a home Champions League fixture, there will be restrictions in place. You'll experience the exciting buzz of the stadium getting ready for the big game, but due to key areas becoming operational for the match, your tour content won't include a number of areas such as the dressing rooms, dugouts, the tunnel, or the press conference room

Meet with your tour guide at the Entrance M, which is located on the south side of the stadium. The entrance will be clearly signposted and staff will be available to direct you to the entrance. On Matchdays, the tour meeting point will be the ground floor of the City Store by the revolving doors. The City Store is located in the Yellow Car Park by Gate 11.
