We have hundreds of villages in Provence, all are beautiful and have their own atmosphere. Unfortunately, the most known are often crowded and you can’t find any local life there.
During this day, I want you to discover the authentic Provance, cross an old man having his Pastis at 11 am, a lady buying her baguette, local people chilling outside... But we will start this day by a real come back to the past.
After the death of Jesus, Mary Magdalene moved to Provence. You will have a hike to the grotto where she spent her last 33 years. The place is very inspiring: beautiful landscape & spiritual atmosphere.
Than we will reach a nice, coloured Provencal village where you can do some shopping, have a lunch and visit the basilica with the tomb of Mary Magdalene and even her skull!
Going through a beautiful vines valley surrounded by mountains, we will arrive to a little hilltop village where the time has literally stopped. I know there a very unique place, but it's a surprise for you:)
Specialized infant seats are available. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
We meet next to the Paul Cezanne statue, few meters from the Tourist Office.
