Visiting the Marais through the perspective of a wine glass provides an entirely different view of this historic neighbourhood. Starting in the Joseph Mignaret park, we discover its hidden vineyard and the medieval history of the Marais. We then trace the wine history of the quarter, exploring the area where Charles V had his royal residence and vineyard, stopping along the way to taste a sparkling wine. We learn about some of the personalities who lived here, and end with a blind tasting of living wines, rustic fermented bread and exquisite cheeses in a wine bar.
