If the driver is not there after 10 minutes of waiting please do not move from where you are and contact the customer service number on your voucher. - The driver will wait for you at the Airport for one hour, starting from the moment when the plane lands. If for several issues you are unable to leave within one hour, you will not be eligible for a refund.
