Joining the host in the designated line, the guide will retrieve your summit (top floor) elevator tickets and hand them to you. Once you have your tickets, proceed to the elevator with our host who will accompany you minimum to the 2nd floor and offer informative insights for the city views and the tower different sights, and ensure your Eiffel Tower visit is hassle-free.

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Please note: The Eiffel Tower summit can be closed sometimes. But visitors are allowed only up to the second floor. This is the decision of the Eiffel Tower authorities, and we have no control over it. In such cases, no refund is possible.. You are required to be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the booking time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes AFTER your booking time it will be considered as "No Show"
