What To Expect

Our speakers are experienced trainers, with solid teaching experience and real expertise in the History of Gastronomy.
You will thus learn the "little tricks" of the great Pastry Chefs which will allow you to easily reproduce these desserts at home and you will also live an immersive experience in the History of French pastry by discovering many cultural anecdotes on the culinary arts.
A small group of 8 people maximum which allows everyone to train and the trainers to give you personalized advice. All in a magnificent apartment in Paris, where you will feel at home, you will live an experience that you are not ready to forget!

All professional kitchen equipment is provided and each participant is equipped with an apron during the workshop. Hot and cold drinks are offered during the workshop and the pastries made during the workshop are tasted on site or taken away by the participants at the end of the workshop.
