In this tour, we’ll eat our way through the alleys of the Temple of the Gastronomy. Never heard of l’Andouillette, la Rosette, les Quenelles, le Sabodet? Meet your local guide and discover all the secrets of the Lyonnaise cuisine. This tour will feed your body as well as your mind, with three tasting breaks.
First part of the tour will be a general explanation of the local gastronomy, the history of the famous Lyon’s mother and all the local specialties. Then we’ll start to wander in the alleys of the Halles, discovering amazing artisans and craftsmen that makes the Lyon the world capital of gastronomy. Along the way, we’ll have three tasting breaks at one of the ‘Meilleurs ouvriers de France’ (best craftsmen of France) which is a unique and prestigious award according to category of trades in a contest among professionals.
Three tasting breaks are included in this tour. It's not as hearty as dinner, but if you book this tour after lunch, I'd still recommend saving some room!

We'll start the tour in front of the Halles of Lyon Paul Bocuse, 102 Cours Lafayette, Lyon. Very easy to find the entrance, it is right in front of the mural of Paul Bocuse!
