Meet your local guide in Reims and start your afternoon with a drive through the countryside. Visit a family-run winery and tour the traditional press and tank room as your guide details the traditional Champagne method with a concrete and visual approach. Appreciate several tastings of their own production and acquire tasting knowledge and expertise with these rare Champagnes!Afterward, you will be able to appreciate the breathtaking views of these UNESCO World Heritage Champagne vines and will acquire knowledge of the "terroir" and its particularities.You will then make a stop in the Hautvillers which is considered the birthplace of Champagne. You will visit the church where the famous monk Dom Pérignon is buried. You will finish your afternoon with another Champagne tasting in a second small family winery, where you will be able to taste and compare various “cuvées”.
