I was born and raised in Lalibela and hence what you can call a true local. Lalibela has a fascinating cultural ancestry unique even by Ethiopian standards, which I am delighted to share with guests by putting my personal experience in place.

I am profoundly famiilar with all the surrounding mountain area as it has been my home since I can remember.
