Specialized infant seats are available. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. A minimum of 2 people per booking is required.. Both activities should be done on the same day. You must go on your own.. No previous experience is required. You must know how to swim. Swimsuit, sunscreen, towel, water shoes and something to drink are recommended. The use of life jacket is mandatory. You must submit your ID card.. Minimum age for the use of an own board: 10 years (with an adult authorization). Children up to 9 years old will share the board with an adult. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 years are not allowed.. Upon completion of your course, you can take a shower in the changing rooms of the base. At 1:45pm, you must go to the restaurant for lunch (650 meters, 10 minutes walking from the port). You can not access to the restaurant with your naked torso or wet clothes. Dress code: informal. Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking. If the activity is canceled due to force majeure (eg. bad weather) an alternative date will be offered, for the same or similar tour. If this is not possible, the total amount will be refunded.
