We are thrilled to announce that Chef Karl will be our opening guide for this food and wine experience in Seville; tours begin in November 2024. A master of wine, a student of Karen McNeil (The Wine Bible), and a chef with more than 20 years of experience, he will personally guide each tour.
This Food and Wine Experience will venture beyond the Tapas/Tinto and take a deep dive into the food and wine in the way the Chef can. As we explore the area, we will be tasting food and drinking wine with a history going back to the ancient Celts who first populated the region.
Chef Karl has received hundreds of 5-star TripAdvisor reviews from his days with Eating Europe and Secret Food Tours. With a master's in wine, he will explore the region's food and wine. There will be no lectures; there will be a party with great wine knowledge.
