Our knowledgable host will take you to two locations, beginning with an abacería where locals often go for pre-meal snacks. Here you will indulge in 3 different sausages, 3 cheeses, and a glass of sherry wine. As you enjoy your food and drink, you will be guided through the entire process of crafting the finest Iberian meats, with a special emphasis on the locally-made sausages. While indulging in these flavors, you’ll come to appreciate the expertise and attention to detail that goes into each stage of the process - from raising the pigs, to their carefully-crafted diet, to the curing of the meats.
To cap off your tasting experience, you will be taken to an authentic tapas bar where you’ll be treated to a drink and a selection of traditional tapas that showcase some more of Spain’s delicious Iberian porks.
