Our itinerary will begin with a visit to the Royal Alcazar, the oldest royal residence still in use in Europe. The intriguing history that enclose its rooms and the evocative corners such as the Doll´s Courtyard, the ambassadors´ hall or the Maiden´s Courtyard, make it a real residence unlike anything else.
Then, we will resume our visit, entering the cathedral, the largest in Gothic style cathedral in the world. This monument houses the tomb of Christopher Columbus, discoverer of America, the largest sculptural altarpiece of Christianity and endless curiosities related to its construction and evolution over the centuries. From there we will go to Barrio Santa Cruz, the city’s old Jewish quarter. Its narrow streets and its captivating squares have been an inspiration for great works of Spanish literature as Don Juan Tenorio. We will finish our tour in the jewel of Andalusian architectural style called regionalism, Plaza de España.
