With a tasting menu that includes 5 courses (3 cold and 2 hot), dessert, and a glass of cava. UNLIMITED drinks* until dessert is served.

Menu.
Cold dishes:
1st Acorn-fed Iberian ham from Jabugo and cured Manchego cheese.
2nd course: Salmorejo with bread croutons and crispy onion.
3rd course: Prawn salad and octopus salad.
Hot dishes:
4th course: Rice.
5th Free-range chicken cannelloni with truffle.
Dessert:
Fried milk on a bed of custard.
Glass of cava.
*Drinks included until dessert is served (water, soft drink, beer, wine, or rebujito).
