What To Expect
We are different to our competition. We do not go to the typical, overcrowded cider houses of Astigarraga. Due to our years of experience we have discovered the best cider house.
We offer unique services and this experience is probably the most unique of all our products.
The drive is 50 minutes from Pamplona, but we promise it is worth it!
What makes this experience so unique is the highest quality of the products you will eat.
The meat they use is the best in the Basque country. It is carefully selected and boasts multiple awards.
The menu consists of
• homemade chorizo cooked in cider.
• traditional cod omelette
• cod with pil pil sauce
• charcoal grilled steak
• Local Idiazabal cheese with sweet quince marmalade and walnuts.
You will also try different Basque ciders right from the barrels
