Your time slot to access the Museum can be, depending on the puchased ticket, from 10.00 am to 12.00 am (morning shift), 12.30 am to 02.30 pm (midday shift) or 03.00 pm to 06.15 pm (afternoon shift).
Please note that if you book a reduced or free ticket, you must show documents at the ticket office
The tour is accessible to wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility
If you purchase a reduced-price entrance, you need to go through the ticket office first
People under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult
For security reasons, umbrellas and other potentially dangerous objects must be deposited in the cloakroom. Only suitcases and backpacks with a maximum of 55 x 35 x 20 cm are allowed. Scooters, tricycles, and bicycles are not accepted
