Faunia is an extensive natural and thematic park that hosts more than 1,200 animals from 152 different species across 4 ecosystems and 15 thematic areas. Each area is carefully adapted to each species, with its own habitat, temperature, and humidity conditions, spanning 16 hectares with enhanced topography, lakes, and ponds—all located within Madrid’s city limits.Faunia showcases 4 of the world’s most extraordinary ecosystems, such as The Jungle, with beautiful toucans or manatees, The Polar Ecosystem, the largest Polar Ecosystem exhibit in Europe, The African Forest, with diferent species from Madagascar, and The Temperate Forest, with a rich diversity of animals.In Faunia's thematic areas, you can also explore a nocturnal exhibit, where you’ll encounter fascinating animals.
