The time you have booked is preferential, but not definitive. The Nasrid Palaces have a limited capacity. Once we know the time of access to the palaces, you will receive an email or a message via WhatsApp with the time of the tour. Therefore, we recommend that you do not book this tour if you have a trip planned on the same day or if you have another activity planned for the same day, as access may be in the morning or in the afternoon, depending on the available capacity. The entrance/ticket to the Alhambra and Generalife cannot be cancelled. The access ticket is personal and non-transferable, so this visit does not admit changes, cancellations or refunds. At the time of making your purchase you will have to provide your ID or passport and the name and surname as they appear on your documentation, country and city of residence. The document must be presented at the entrances and a photocopy or photo of it is not accepted. WITHOUT THE DOCUMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE MONUMENT..
