According to the regulations of the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and the Generalife, and as a security protocol, it is mandatory to provide the full name, surnames and DNI/Passport/Official document issued by the Ministry of the Interior of each country, of all visitors to the monument
You can provide this data through the web or once you make the payment for your visit, you will receive an email to identify your companions. Failure to identify visitors on time will result in the loss of their tickets
Access to the venue will be through the scanning of the DNI or Passport of all the visitors. For this reason, the DNI or passport must be the ORIGINAL and the SAME that they provided when making the reservation
Tickets are nominative. Alhambra staff will verify this information. If it is not the same, the Alhambra staff will not allow you access to the monument. If you arrive late you will lose your tour and you will only be able to access on your own with the tickets, in the areas that the schedule still allows
