Francisco, one of our local guides, says, ‘Mojo sauces are a staple of Canarian cuisine. There are two kinds to try – spicy red and herby green. Then, in Pajara, you'll check out the Aztec-inspired façade of Nuestra Señora de Regla church. Betancuria's flower-filled lanes and palm trees will charm your socks off, then it's time for the goat farm. You'll sample some along with jams, mojo sauce and traditional Canarian honey-flavoured rum.Next up is a photo stop at Las Peñitas viewpoint on the way to the cheese museum at Antigua.
