In this hands-on workshop, you’ll prepare this classic recipe in its various forms. Guided by local chefs, you'll uncover the history, secrets, and tricks for professional results. You'll don a chef's apron and explore the multiple ways to make great paella with seasonal ingredients and quality products.
This workshop is suitable for everyone. You'll cook different types of paella in groups, each with two people, leading to a more tailored experience. At the end all groups showcase their paellas, providing everyone the opportunity to savor each unique dish.
