Cancellations made by students more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made by students within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are non-refundable. In case of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect safety, Ocean Life Tenerife reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the class. In such cases, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be provided. Time of arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class time to register and prepare. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will forfeit your reservation without refund. What to bring: We recommend bringing a swimsuit and a towel. Health and Fitness: Surfing can be physically demanding. Please make sure you are in good health and comfortable on the water. Security First: Your safety is our priority. Listen carefully to all safety instructions and follow your instructor’s guidance at all times. Parking: There is limited parking near the surf school. We recommend that you arrive with extra time to find parking, especially during peak seasons.
