What To Expect

Preparing for every eventuality in scuba diving is exactly what you'll do on this SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Speciality course. This program teaches you the skills and knowledge required to recognize and deal with stress, prevent accidents and properly deal with emergency situations encountered by divers. And there's no better place to learn than Lanzarote's volcanic seabed.

Minimum age is 12 years
You must have your Open Water Diving certification to take part, as well as First Aid and CPR training. Please bring proof of these along with you
Not suitable for guests with poor health
Not suitable for expectant mothers or guests with back problems
Not suitable for guests with cardiac or respiratory problems
Not suitable for wheelchairs
Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility
Not suitable for families with small children
Height, weight and/or age restrictions may apply
