What To Expect
We are a local family business for years specializing in bike rental for families. Our Team speaks 3 languages: English, Spanish and Italian.
Throughout the rental period in the whole Maspalomas area we offer a free assistance service in opening hours in case the e-bike gets punctured or something breaks.
The rental contract includes a Company Liability Insurance.
On the day of rental our customers always receive from our Team a free paper Map of Maspalomas City with all the cycle routes suitable for biking City Tour.
1 Bike Padlock and 1 Bike Basket will be included in the rental price.
The customers can rent Helmets or Infant Seats (1 - 6 years old - maxwimum weight 22 kg), in the Rental Shop on the day of the renting.

Important info
Public transportation options are available nearby. Specialized infant seats are available. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Infant seats ( 1 - 6 years old / maximum weight 22 kg) are available for 5 € per day ( extra cost ) at the rental shop.. The customers can rent Helmets for 5 € per day (extra cost ) in the Rental Shop on the day of the renting.. The e-Bike is perfect to explore The City area of Maspalomas. It is not suitable for going on the Mountains or off road or on the sand. Required Minimum age is 14 years to ride an e-Bike but always accompanied by a paying parent.. E-Bike Battery Life= 30 km. The battery life can vary depending to the weight of the Person , the slope of the routes and the level (1= Minimum, 2= medium, 3=Maximum ) of pedal assistance selected in the Tour. . Maximum Weight allowed in E-Bike = 100 kg. A good balance is required and it is absolutely necessary to know how to ride a bike. Not recommended for People who cannot ride a bike.

What's not included
Hotel Pickup and Drop off.. Hotel delivery. Infant seats: 1- 6 years - maximum weight 22 kg .They can be rented at the rental shop paying 5 € . Helmets + Reflective Vests can be rented at the rental shop paying extra cost = 5 € per day.
