This visit consists of being able to visit the bell tower of Santa María, which is open to the public. Until you reach the attic, there are 4 rooms that are used to explain the history of the Basilica of Santa María, the Mystery of Elche and the palm grove.
We will enter the Basilica of Santa María, scene of the Mystery of Elche, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001, and we will explain what the only testimony of medieval theater in the world that is celebrated inside a church consists of.
Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Suitable for all physical fitness levels
