Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Specialized infant seats are available. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. The Balloon Ride trip departs every day, however, confirmation in advance is highly recommended.. Departure time may vary depending on sunrise time.. The hotel picks up takes place 45 minutes before the take-off scheduled time.. The children less than 6 years are not allowed to fly, they can be waiting for you in the ground support van and crew following your balloon.. Camera is not allowed in the balloon trip, you can use your cellphone to take pictures.. We recommend that you reserve your hot air balloon ride as early in your holiday as possible. This way, if there is a cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, you can plan to take the ride on a different day.. If the Hot Air Balloon trip has been cancelled due to bad weather you will be refunded with 60$ USD per adult and 40$ USD per child . You will need to pay the entrance fees to the sightseeing by card . Other languages are available with extra charge upon your request. . Upon booking, it is very important to provide us with your passport copy for the government permission.
