You'll pass by the two statues of Memnon Colossi greeting visitors as they arrive. You can hop out and take a photo, or walk down to the statues for a closer view.The Valley of the Kings is a must-see in Egypt. - The following optional entrance tickets that can be purchased on-site if you wish: entrance ticket to the Tomb of Tutankhamun ( around 500.00 EGP for adults and 250.00 EGP for children under 12), entrance ticket to the Tomb of Ramses VI ( around 180.00 EGP for adults and 90.00 EGP for children under 12)
Know in advance:
- Please note that the shared tour option is only available on selected dates. The private tour takes place every day. If you book a private tour for only one person, you must have a minimum age of 12 years
- Your ticket includes the entrance fees to Dendera Temple and to the Valley of the Kings (valid for 3 tombs with the exception of the tombs of Tutankhamun and Ramses VI)
- If possible, you may want to arrange a take-away breakfast box and late dinner with your hotel reception before the tour date
- Infants below 2 years old can join for free
- Customers in a wheelchair may need to choose the private option for convenience
- Tour duration and pickup time are simply guidelines subject to change, based on operational conditions and your hotel location
- A motorboat would be the alternative to cross the Nile in case of windy days or bad weather
- The 6-people private group is open to a maximum of 15 participants
