What To Expect
Explore Cairo in a relaxed way and without the stress of planning and organizing your transportation and activities! During this 2-day tour, you'll discover the beauty, history and culture that fills the city and admire its many incredible monuments.Day one: start your journey from your hotel in Hurghada with a drive towards Cairo along the Red Sea coast. Once arrived in Giza, you'll be introduced to the last remaining wonder of the ancient world, the Pyramids. You'll admire these colossal tombs and unearth its secrets before standing in awe beneath the Great Sphinx. Then, you'll enjoy a delicious set menu lunch at a local restaurant, followed by check-in at the hotel. Then, you'll have a fun evening of entertainment on the Nile with a dinner cruise. You'll listen to traditional music accompanied by a belly dancer, witness a Tanoora show and enjoy an open buffet dinner. Day two: you'll check out from the hotel and drive towards Salah El-din Citadel, which is the icon of Cairo and was home to Egyptian rulers for some 700 years. Resume driving throughout amazing Old Cairo towards the Egyptian Museum. You'll then enjoy a delicious set menu lunch on board a floating restaurant. After lunch, there is the possibility to experience a Nile felucca tour, but this will be subject to weather conditions.

Extra fees to be paid on-site:
- Please note that you'll gain access to the pyramids area, but the entrance fees to get inside the pyramids (Cheops, Mykerinos or Kefren) are not included. The tickets available are limited and must be purchased on site, so access is not guaranteed. The adult entrance fee for the Cheops Great Pyramid is around EGP 900 and EGP 450 for children under 12. The adult entrance fee for Mykerinos or Kefren is around EGP 220 and EGP 110 for children under 12
- At the museum, personal cameras without flash are allowed for an additional fee which is currently around EGP 50. Please note that this is subject to change without prior notice
Know in advance:
- Please note that the tour will be led in English if the minimum number of people for the tour in the other languages is not met
- Infants (age 0-1) can join for free
- If possible, you may want to arrange a take-away breakfast box and late dinner with your hotel reception before the tour date
- Tour duration and pickup time are simply guidelines subject to change due to operational conditions and your hotel location
