All customers who are staying at Cap Cana area will have pick-up point in Blue Mall.
All customer who are staying at Veron or Fruisa area will have a meeting point designated by us in the get pick up.
If you'll be staying on an Airbnb or a non all-inclusive hotel, you will have to call us for designate a meeting point.
The reservation time is the start time of the activity, our safari trucks have different schedules for each hotel and resort in the area. We will send you a ticket with the information of the exact time at which the transport will pick you up.
