The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Meeting Point
We recommend that you contact your destination operator by WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your transfer to more efficiently coordinate the meeting with the driver.
Upon arrival, the representative will be waiting for you at the airport exit with a sign with your name.
Our meeting point is always at the exit of the terminal. Please address:
Terminal A: Right in front of the welcome sign, after passing through the bathrooms.
Terminal B: Meeting point Cafeteria El Refugio
We ask that you avoid staying inside the airport with people outside of our company, to speed up the transfer and avoid confusion.
Return point: Your driver will be waiting in the lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.
