Pick-Up Instructions for Residences & Hotels

1. Be Ready at the Scheduled Time:
   Please ensure you are ready for pick-up at the scheduled time to avoid delays. Your driver will arrive promptly, and we want to ensure a smooth transition.

2. Designated Pick-Up Location:
   For residences, please wait outside your building at the main entrance. For hotels, your driver will meet you at the main entrance of the hotel.

3. Driver Identification:
   Look for your driver, who will be holding a sign with your name clearly displayed. This will help you easily identify them amidst other drivers.

4. Driver Communication:
   Your driver will call you upon arrival at the pick-up location to confirm their presence and assist you with any questions. Ensure your mobile phone is turned on and accessible.

5. Vehicle Information:
   To assist with identifying your vehicle, your driver will provide details such as the make, model, and color of the car. Additionally, they will give you the last three digits of the vehicle’s license plate.

Pick-Up Instructions for Airport

Upon Arrival:
After landing, proceed to passport control.

Baggage Claim:
Once through passport control, head to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage.

Exiting to the Arrivals Hall:
After collecting your luggage, walk through customs and proceed to the exit of the baggage claim area.

Meeting Your Driver:
Your driver will be waiting for you at the chauffeur stand, located just outside the baggage claim area in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 3, holding a sign with your name for easy identification.

Driver Communication:
Your driver will also contact you upon your arrival to confirm their location and assist with any questions. Please ensure your mobile phone is turned on and accessible.
