  • Touching vehicles is strictly forbidden
  • Dogs are not permitted entry, with the exception of therapy dogs and small dogs up to 10 kgs in special dog carriers or dog backpacks

  • Child tickets are not available without purchasing at least one adult or senior ticket
  • The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 9 am to 6 pm. Last admission at 5 pm
  • Audioguides are available in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Chinese and Japanese
  • The Mercedes‑Benz Museum is barrier-free and fully accessible to wheelchair users
