On this tour of the pre-Christmas old town, you will immerse yourself in the special magic that surrounds the picturesque town on Lake Constance during the winter season.
The mulled wine and gingerbread season has attracted visitors from all over the world for over 30 years with the “Christmas market at the lake” in Constance.
In the heart of the old town and directly on the lake, some 170 lovingly designed huts enchant with fragrant treats, artful craftsmanship and thousands of lights. Something very special is the festively decorated Christmas ship directly in the port of Constance, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the radiant sea of lights of the Christmas market, the sparkling Lake Constance and the snow-capped Swiss Alps.
Our guide will show you the Advent decorated Constance and tell you stories and anecdotes from 2000 years of city history. You will visit the Christmas cathedral, the old town with its atmospheric lights and the Christmas market on the winter lake.
