Please, make sure to fill-out the required information regarding to your Arrivals including your SJO Airport Pickup and Destination location in Monteverde. Information such as flight number, date, time and hotel name are the minimum required to operate your transportation services and avoid delays or cancelations.
The day trip, we will monitor your flight number through regular APPs in order to be on time with your pickup and departure.

Our van is 10 passengers capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private service trip at no cost for you.
International flight arrivals once landed usually takes 25-45 minutes or more to go outside after Immigration, Baggage Claim and Passengers Exit.
International flights departing always require to be at the Airport at least 3 hours before the flight departure time for check-in registration please, estimate your flight departure time plus the time of this trip to meet this requirement on time.
We offer sanitizers to comply with health government regulations requirements.
