If passenger doesn't show 10 minutes passed the pickup time they will be considered No Show and 100% of the service will be charged.. Sometimes a particular hotel is located outside the area’s main hotel zone, and the shuttle will not provide door-to-door service. In these cases, a taxi can take you and your group to the shuttle pickup location or your final hotel stop.. Morning shared shuttles are operated with a minimum of 2 passengers. If you are only 1 passenger, you can still check for availability since it is possible that we have more passengers on that same date/time and thus accommodate your reservation at the closest time/date available.. Afternoon shared shuttles are operated with a minimum of 4 passengers. If you have fewer passengers, you can still check for availability since it is possible that we have more passengers on that same date/time and thus accommodate your reservation at the closest time/date available..
