What To Expect
This tour covers not only the flora and fauna of the park, but the history and culture of Monteverde as well. It lasts about 3 hours and it includes private guide only. We can pick you up (additional fee) or, if you have your own vehicle, we can meet you at a trail.
A tour with a seasoned guide is the best way to make the most of your time in Monteverde. It provides flexibility of timing, duration, and trail choice.
This option is great for anyone who would like a more personal touch than a standard group tour. Also great for families with children! We offer a flat rate for your private guide, meaning it will be the same price for your one-social-bubble group of 1-8 people. A great value!

Important info
Wheelchair accessible. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. This tour runs rain or shine (except in a strong thunder storm or very strong winds). Please dress appropriately with long pants and closed toed shoes (no flip flops or loose sandals). Also, layers recommended!. Wheelchair accessible only on limited part of SkyWalk bridges.. Very easy and flat walk

We can meet at CASEM and decide if we will caravan to the Monteverde Reserve, Curi Cancha Reserve, or SkyWalk bridges.
If your tour is at Curi Cancha, we can meet here at reception.
If your tour is at the Monteverde Reserve, we can meet here at reception.
Make sure you've let us know if you'd like to be picked up (and where), or if you have your own transportation. Transportation cost is additional for the Private Natural History Walk.
