"If your pickup is at the airport, you must provide us with your flight number and arrival time. Our Meet & Greet service allows us to track your flight and adjust the pick-up time if necessary. In addition, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to make sure you have enough time to go through security, collect your luggage and head to the arrival area to meet your driver, who will have a name sign, making it easier to meet you.

If your flight is modified or cancelled, it is important that you inform us of the new arrival time so that we can be there when you arrive. In the event that the aircraft changes its date and time of arrival, it is your responsibility to inform us of that updated information, including flight number and time of arrival.

If your pickup is from a hotel, you must provide us with the exact address and room number the day before your service, so that our driver will look for you at reception by name and room number."
