"If your pickup is at the airport, you must provide us with your flight number and arrival time so that we can track your flight and adjust the pickup time if necessary. Also, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to make sure you have enough time to get through security, pick up your luggage and head to the arrival area. The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it, making it easier to meet.
In case your flight is modified or cancelled for any reason, it is important that you inform us about the new date, including flight number and arrival time, so that we can update the information and be there when you arrive, as we have no way of knowing if your flight was changed.
