Please, make sure to fill-out the required information regarding to your Arrival including your Pickup in La Fortuna Arenal area and Destination location information such as the flight number, date, time and hotel name. This is the minimum required to operate your transportation services and avoid delays or cancelations.
The day trip, we will monitor your flight number through regular APPs in order to be on time with your pickup.

If you are traveling with children under 12 years old or less than 1.45cms height/36KG, He/She will require the use of baby car seats or boosters, please, request it in advance before the traveling day at no cost for you.

Our van is 10 passengers capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private service trip at no cost for you.
