Sarapiqui River is one of the cleanest rivers in the country and has been the base of national and international rafting and kayak competitions, due to the quality of the rapids and the gorgeous scenery.

Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Travelers should have a high level of physical fitness. Water shoes, or any type of shoe that protects feet and don't come out easy, are required for this experience.. Children under 13 years old are not allowed on this experience.
