This tour combines a walk along Arenal’s hanging bridges and a visit to the La Fortuna Waterfall. It offers travelers exposure to some of Arenal’s best attractions.
Starts at 7:20 am you’ll be picked up from your hotel and head towards the Hanging Bridges. These bridges are set within one of the most important reserves in the area. The reserve has trails that run through the heart of the rainforest, as well as treetop suspension bridges. The suspension bridges extend through the forest canopy and give you the chance to see the forest from a different perspective. As you walk along the bridges, be on the lookout for birds, monkeys, and other animals.
La Fortuna Waterfall is representative of the Arenal area and is absolutely stunning. The 195-foot fall creates a natural fresh-water pool, which is perfect for travelers who are up for swimming. The waterfall is surrounded by lush rainforest and is extremely scenic. It’s a good place to take photographs and appreciate the scenery.
