What To Expect
The ride takes around 30 minutes to get to the rain forest where the hanging bridges of different heights are located. During this approximate two mile hike, with some luck, you will be able to see: Howler Monkeys, Spider Monkeys, white faced Capuchin Monkeys, many species of birds, snakes, Armadillos, Coatimundis (a member of the Racoon family often known to beg for scraps) and various other animals that may include Iguanas and Sloths.
After our hike in the rain forest we will continue our journey to the La Fortuna Waterfall, a beautiful place with a lot of vegetation around it. Once there it is another hike down (500 steps with some resting areas) to the waterfall base to go for a swim in the cool pristine waters of La Fortuna river. After all this hiking exercise you will be hungry so we will visit a nice restaurant nearby to enjoy a delicious lunch.

Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults. Not recommended for child aged 8 and under. May be operated by a multi-lingual guide. Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required. A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
