Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Wear sneakers or shoes that are comfortable for walking.. Long-sleeved pants and shirt.. Wear clothing in neutral colors or dark shades.. In a small suitcase carry: Extra clothing, cap or hat, rain poncho or waterproof jacket, light coat, sunscreen and mosquito repellent that are environmentally friendly.. The tour is not cancelled in case of bad weather, please consider bringing a rain poncho or waterproof jacket. A waterproof bag will also be required to store any items you wish to bring on the tour.
